Booting problems after installing Ndiswrapper (Fedora 2)

Im having wierd problems after I install ndiswrapper. Im using a D600 Dell Laptop with at 1350 Broadcom wireless card. The network card works fine the first time I installed ndiswrapper(using kernel 2.6.5-1.358), but whenever I would have to restart or shut the system down, things would be very unstable. Sometimes it hangs on bootup, sometimes it makes it in and it crashes Xwindows on logout. (Mainly hanging on bootup)

I read that there was problems with the Kernel I was using, so I upgrade to 2.6.8-1.521 and used the 16k stack size. (after reading -linuxant.com/driverloader/wlan/full/downloads-fc2-kernel-i586.php ) but Im still having weird problems. The system will still hang on startup sometimes.

Im just curious if anyone has had the same problems, and if anyone has any suggestions.

Never did get back to this...

Hi. I sort of moved away from this project. Nothing was working for me. The system was hanging and I had no idea why.

Ive read somewhere to try loading Ndis version 0.7...That was the last thing I was going to try. Give it a shot, maybe that will work.

Good luck!
