Unfortunately the ndiswrapper team has seen fit to remove all versions prior to 1.4 from the sourceforge site. Unless somebody has a copy sitting on their rig, I'm afraid you may be out of luck. I've got 1.2, but that is the earliest version I've got. Is there a reason that 1.4 isn't working for you?
