Ad-hoc

Hi, finally have intalled/configured mi wireless pci card with chipset rt2500. With a ppc(pocket pc) can see my wireless name in the list of ad-hoc connections. It's the firts time i use the Ad-hoc mode and i dont undertand how it works... is like bluetooth? or wireless with an ip and some directories to share?

I try to connect the ppc with the pc(linux fedura core 3) but it do... nothing I think...

Thnaks ans Best Regards.

You will need to use ifconfig to setup your IP address and iwconfig to setup your wireless settings.
