[ask] get "ERROR: modinfo: could not find module iwl3945"

Dear,

I just installed fedora13 on my notebook, and I just want to use 2.6.32.11 kernel just like my PC (my PC use f13, too, and with kernel 32.11 too), so I download the 2.6.32.11 kernel and extract it, and put this command
make menuconfig
make
make modules_install install

while using command make modules_install install,I get this error (before this time, I never get this error while compiling this kernel in my other notebook and PC)
---
...
INSTALL sound/usb/usx2y/snd-usb-us122l.ko
INSTALL sound/usb/usx2y/snd-usb-usx2y.ko
DEPMOD 2.6.32.11
sh /usr/src/linux-2.6.32.11/arch/x86/boot/install.sh 2.6.32.11 arch/x86/boot/bzImage \
System.map "/boot"
ERROR: modinfo: could not find module iwl3945
ERROR: modinfo: could not find module iwlcore
[root@icelinux linux-2.6.32.11]#
---
and the command make modules_install install is done with just that error

I search the iwl3945 module with lsmod, and find the module is there!!
so, I try this
==
rmmod iwl3945
modprobe iwl3945
make modules_install install
==
and that error still occured

do anyone know how to solve this? i am in the middle of my final assignment so I need to solve this as soon as possible

thanks
