Xen Vs VMWare Vs Sun VirtualBox

Deal All Assalam O Aliakum,
I have used three VM software's for virtualization like Xen, Sun virtual Box and VMware. I am going to used one of these software for live servers. Which one is better in ter of speed, reliability,migration,connectivity and mangement point of view.

Q: What is your opinion, based on your experience so far with these three packages?

Q: What do you mean by "migration"? Copying VM's between servers? Creating a VM from a physical server? Something else entirely?

Q: What constraints do you have regarding "management". What exactly are the needs of your particular organization?
