Which virt software for 64bit linux guests on Mobile Athlon without svm?

If I am correct neither VMware Server 1 or 2 support 64bit guests even if I run Debian Lenny amd64 as host.

I would prefer not to have to use a new kernel i.e. xen, if I can help it, because I have a really slow wifi ISP connection (1Mbs).

I only have a 2GHz cpu and 2GB ram - I don't do 3D on my ATI mobility radeon 9700, and I only have a BCM4306 b/g (rev03) miniPCI wlan0 built in 2003, which I run using ndiswrapper.

I have read through most of 'Virtualization' on Wikipedia to no avail - and I don't want to pay for, or use, a proprietary solution.

Any advice gratefully received

Have you tried VirtualBox? It supports 64 and 32 bit guests on 64 bit hardware. However, I'm not sure if it needs the svm or not.
