Question Open Source Software Defined Date Center

Hi everyone
At work I am trying to recommend opensource alternative to our VMWare Infrastructure.
Currently we are running on VMWare ESXi 6.7 (Enterprise Plus Edition)
There are 3 clusters in total, 1 management and 2 production.
Loosely speaking I need to fulfill the following requirements
-Software Defined Network (SDN/SDWAN)
-Web interface for monitoring, analysis and reporting tasks
-Also, a Web interface for self-provisioning as per policy (like in public clouds)
-Will support Docker/Containers
-Paid support, that is preferably ‘pay per use’ rather than yearlong subscription.

I have been looking around to find an OpenStack distro to fulfill my requirements.
https://www.openstack.org/marketplace/distros/

I am still finding it very difficult to get a clear idea.

Maybe I am not looking in the right place or my approach is not correct, whatever the case maybe, I could really use some help from more experienced people 😊

Thanks in advance
Emon
