Parabola Linux x64 host and Parabola 32-bit guest (arch-based distro). Host audio always works.

The first sound I play after starting host and guest works, whether it's speaker-test or an audio file. After that, I get no audio output whatsoever from the guest until I reboot the host.

Web videos, vlc, mpv, parole, etc. all work: I can see the graphics, but I cannot hear anything. I have alsa and pulseaudio installed on the guest. I tried deleting pulseaudio, but that didn't help.

In alsamixer, I can choose between "default" and "default:0" cards. "default" shows Card: Pulseaudio, Chip: Pulseaudio, and a Master channel that's at 100%. "default:0" shows Card:HDA Intel, Chip:QEMU Generic, and Master and PCM channels, both at 100%.
