Hi Group,
I'm using Slackware 13 64-bit.
My cpu is: AMD Athlon 64 x2 2.5Ghz.
I am using kernel 2.6.32.8 from kernel.org
I've compiled every KVM option I could find directly into the kernel.
Items such as:
Processor types and features >> Paravirtualized guest support >> KVM Guest Support
Virtualization >> Kernel-based virtual machine support and KVM for AMD processors support
I'm looking at the slackbuilds.org repository under "kvm" -
http://slackbuilds.org/result/?search=kvm&sv=13.0
If I'm understanding correctly, the items I need to install are: kvm and qemu-kvm.
Do I need to install kvm-kmod?
Isn't this what I already built into my current kernel?
Thanks for your help.
