Hi,

Are you looking for a server platform, workstation, or other? You can look at VMWare, OpenVZ, Xen, VirtualBox. Have a look at Google for more details.

Workstation I guess...
I use VirtualBox but I'm not satisfied with its quality so wanna try VMware on Ubuntu. Just like I use VirtualBox. So is there any free VMware editions for DEB?

Yes there is VMWare server for Linux. Have a look at this step by step guide for Debian.

VMWare server 2 on Debian Lenny
