How to redirect intel neuro compute stick 2 to kvm?

I have a host system oracle linux 8 and ubuntu 20.04 as a virtual machine. There is an official story on how to do redirect in virtualbox, but how in KVM?

For VirtualBOX: https://movidius.github.io/ncsdk/vm_config.html
