How to Qemu/VMWARE installation to convert to use with Xen
I was wondering if there is a way that QEMU disk installation can be some how converted to Xen based image.
I googled came across some thing like conversion of VMWARE based .vmdk's to Xen I am planning to try them.
Any one who have done it in past may please share their views as what did they used.
I am using Debian as Dom0
I've got a 2 step solution for you...
Donwnload the free tool from vmware (vmconvert) to create a vmdk file from the running instance in QEMU.
This tool is really great it just converts any running system without any outage.
Afterwards do a vmdk to xen convert.
Tell us how you go!
