Post Help about "xen-create-image".

Hello.
I'm a young in xen-tools and I want to know what below command did :
xen-create-image --size=4Gb --swap=512Mb --ip=172.30.9.21 --netmask=255.255.255.0 --gateway=172.30.9.254 --dir=/home/jason --hostname=linux.via.xentools –dist=jessie

Can it download the Debian Jessie and install it?

Tnx.

Read the LQ Rules about text-speak, and about not using it. And if you don't know what the command does, why did you run it???? Did you just try reading the man page for it?

I think he means, will the command in his OP download the distro (Debian Jessie) as well as set up the VM.

I see nothing in that command that will download anything. It just sets up the VM from what I can see.
