firewall-cmd --reload causes QEMU/KVM guest machine to lose the network
The QEMU guest machine network is configured as NAT. Whenever I make some changes to host machine firewall, and reload it, the guest machine network gets disconnected and won't reconnect ('Wired Connection 1' as seen on nmcli is disabled and can't be enabled).
Only if I disable firewall.service on host machine, can I enable 'Wired Connection 1' on guest machine, however there's still no Internet connection. There is local connection to the host machine though through a port I have opened.
It doesn't matter whether I change configuration or not, just a simple firewall-cmd --reload causes this issue.
Only full restart on host machine helps - tried restarting network.service, firewall.service, virtsh daemon - didn't help.
virtsh shows network as active btw.
Has anyone experienced anything alike?
