boot kvm guest from rescue iso

I have several servers running RHEL 6.4 and hosting KVM virtualized guests. All are RHEL 6 except for 2 which are RHEL 5. I lost track of which servers I was on and wound up editing the fstab on the two RHEL 5 guests in such a way that root is not bootable. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to boot from the RHEL 5 iso image in rescue mode and be able to edit the fstab files on those two guests.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
