Anybody know of a good web based VPS management solution?

I have a few Xen servers that I manage, and because I have some extra space, I sold a few VPSs to friends, as they needed them for tasks which they did not want to do on their home computers, and I gave them a large discount over the average price. Right now they just email/text/call me when they want to do something, such as start the VPS after accidentally shutting it down, but I would like a good, open source, web panel to allow them to manage their own VPS (and nothing else).

Here is what I NEED out of a panel:
  • Control Boot/Restart/Shutdown of multiple VPSs owned by one user
  • View current stats (Disk/Memory/Bandwidth)
  • Open Source

Yes, I have used it in the past, but I could not find any open source modules for it. All I found was Cloudmin, which was not open source (I'm trying to keep my servers 100% open source).
