There's a few. You can find times and locations of meetings from MDLUG's calender. http://mdlug.org/meetings/meetings.html
  • MDLUG (Metro Detroit Linux Users Group)
MDLUG is an informal community group organized to advocate the GNU/Linux operating system by educating the public and socializing among peers.
  • MUG (Michigan!/usr/group)
www.mug.org The oldest Unix(tm) based user group in the Detroit area, around since 1986. Farmington Community Library - Main Branch 32737 W. 12 Mile Rd. Farmington Hills, MI 48334-3302 6:00pm Doors open, registration 6:30pm Meeting starts, Mug business 6:45pm Main presentation 8:15pm 2nd Presentation 8:45pm Meeting adjourns 9:00pm Dinner at a local establishment
  • SemiSLUG
SEMISLUG is an informal organization of Unix system and internetwork administrators who meet once a month to see a presentation and discuss topics relating to their professions. (Reminder: We usually get a different room each semester -- double-check the website for meeting location.)
  • SEMCO (South East Michigan Computer Organization)
www.semco.org NEW MEETING LOCATION! The Engineering Society of Detroit, 20700 Civic Center Drive, Suite 450, 4th Floor, Southfield, MI 48076-4140 NOTE: Additional parking at the north side (back side) of the building. While SEMCO has been dominated by MS centric topics for the last few years, their charter is not platform specific. Historically they have had a MacIntosh Special interest group, and there is some interest in forming a Linux SIG. Watch this group.
  • LugWash (Washtenaw Linux Users Group)
The 'LUG' is a gathering place for persons interested in Linux at the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College, and the general public in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area.
Check web site for meeting building/room.
