Yakuake problem ?


Hello, I installed the latest yakuake and it says application is runnin press f12 but when i press f12 my cd-rom opens and the application doesnt start?

Seems like some program (probably your desktop environment's keybindings) has binded F12 already to a command that ejects your drive? Sounds a little crazy but that's what I'd start finding out..check your desktop's settings -> keybindings, and if F12 is selected somewhere, change it. Or alternatively change, if possible, Yakuake's settings so that the button is something else.
