Xorg transparency


I just got transparency workin with xorg and it is working pretty fast but whenever i open my browser it covers up my top and bottom panels with my clock and launcher buttons. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it. it just does this when i have the transparency going.

If you don't mind me asking how did you get transparency working with xorg?
