Found out some interesting information. I believe the cause of the problem has been found. Now I just need to fix it.

I removed and then reinstalled all the latest RPM builds. Still the same results.

So the line that concerns me if you spent sometime searching through is
"video_out_dxr3: Failed to open control device /dev/em8300-0 (No such file or directory)"

Now, I did some research and searching through alot of files. But I can't seam to find in the xine configs how to change where its pointing to the em8300-0. My em file is located /dev/video/em8300 and not '/dev/em8300-0'

Any Suggestions?

make a link to the actual location of the file instead.

ln -s /dev/video/em8300 /dev/em8300-0

and see if that works (make sure you have the right names especially for the source file).

Thought that this may actually work. But nothing is changed. Same results.
