XChat Obsidian Fserve problem

Hi,

I just configured Obsidian Fserve for XCat2 today. Some people can connect to it when the ctcp me and some peaople can't :/
The some peaople that can connect to me , they pick a file and then they type the get command. Now the real problem is that it doesn't connect when i want to send a file so i can't DCC Send :/. So it just timesout . Whats wrong?

I currently use that program with my Xchat2 and I think it might be on the other users end. From what I was told is that it could be that they have a firewall up on their system.
