XCDRoast problem

Hi all!

I am trying to record a music cd from an image directory (a bunch of wav files) and xcdroast is saying :

cdrecord: Drive does not support SAO recording.
cdrecord: Illegal write mode for this drive.

What in the world is SAO recording, I've always been able to record my music cds like that up to now??? Can anyone help me on that? I am running FC2 latest version fro the kernel.
Thank you!

Session at Once
only the "session" is closed
no gaps between tracks and more than one session can be written
audio players can only see one session.

makes no sense at all to try to write an audio cd SAO

i think audio cd is supposed to be TAO "Track at Once" or possibly DAO ??

write tracks button -> write tracks tab -> over on the right is a dropdown menu labled Write Mode

Right!! Its set to DAO - disc at once. I tried TAO and TAO with no pregap but on both of those it says TAO not supported....
I've been recording under DAO, I just did a cd last week - only change since then is I updated the kernel.
