I started out today trying to get xcdroast to burn DVD's. I had to un-install my RPM version 0.98 alpha 15 in order to patch the source code. The patch came from the xcdroast website, it's called modern_cdrecord_patch. It is to let xcdroast burn dvds without a security key and so that it is compatible with the new version of cdrecord.
My problem is that xcdroast will not ./configure because it can't find glib-config. I've installed the new version of glib but it did not install glib-config. I can not find it on my computer either. What do you guys think is wrong?

my system is Fedora Core 4.

use k3b instead.
