again, you gave no information about your system, about your configuration and in general we know nothing but an error message.
This can be a plugin/extension (of firefox), but can be an incompatible shared object or anything else. Even a bug in X or somewhere else. Or just something misconfigured.

Yes, I have seen such behavior already.
It looks like your system is unstable. If you want to analyze it you need to describe it in details (give better logs, more info).
