wp-e-Commerce Wordpress Plugin not creating WPSC tables use for Shopping Cart...

Hello, I'm running apach on ubuntu 9.10 Does anyone know what I can run manually, script or file to create the WPSC tables the WordPress Plugin wp-ecommerce uses?
values for fields like Currency Type and other values are not in Drop Down Boxes within the Store/Products/Display Products screen.
