no dri was working in _slackware_ - i want it to work in _lfs_ - but how should i make it do this?

i'd love a step-by-step guide - my head is hurting from trying to work out how to compile tux racer with gcc 3.3.4 - anyone know how? its the:
game_config.c:685:48: pasting "." and "music_enabled" does not give a valid preprocessing token
error - there are only 2 google results - one is german and the other is down.

but id also love dri working in lfs - i have gcc 2.95 on that...

Ok, now I'm out, dunno. lfs for me is just a funny and unknown linux distro. Don't know the architecture... but with dri it should be a case of proper config and modules. So know you should do smth. with modules for it... I really don't know what to do now, sorry
