Wine won't conect to network

As a web developer I need to be able to see what web pages looks like in IE but do not have MS-Windows installed. I removed it to make way for FC5 thinking I could install IE using Wine.

However, Wine will not connect to the internet. Is there a fix for this? I have a few years experience with linux but I'm a Wine noobie.

you can install ie using ies4linux.

I have tried to install made by M$ software via wine, but none success and so I think there 's no way.
You might want to setup dual boot between linux and windoze
