Angry WINE Problems

Hi,

I just installed WINE-20030711, and the wine-devel, but I don't have anyway of setting it up. I installed some windows programs with the codeweaver version for wine, but that was giving problems, so i ran rpm -e, and uninstalled so i could use the wine-20030711, but now when i try to open any of the installled windows files nothing happens, no error message, a tab opens on the task bar and the cursor shows the program opening for a while then it just quits.

HELP
Thanks
