looks to me like you didnt get the dll files for wine.. it could also be the program you are installing. wine cannot run everything on earth. but i think you need to get or set the ole.dll files. the procedure is different depending on the version of wine, and the way it was built and installed. but there is alot of documentation on the wine site. look in the documentation section at like setup or configuration. you might help yourself to install winetools, it is good at autoconfiguring wine. and you will need to have the newest version of wine for most installations. but before you just jump and download a new copy and install it, you have to completely uninstall the old version. cause there are several changes made to wine per release. so i would uninstall wine, then download the newest version and install it. then remove the .wine directory and then run wine as user and see if it recreates it and see if you have the same problem. if you do, you need to probably download alot of dlls from the dll websites. or get them off of a windoze installation. look for the winedllpath in the documentation of the rpm or tarball ou get.
