fwiw, I had much more success in getting MSIE and Microsoft Office running under OLD (Oct 2004) builds of WINE and using winetools.
Under the latest build, I got MSIE to run almost flawlessly, but cannot, cannot, CANNOT get M$ Office 2000 installed. I'm not even going to attempt Quickbooks - I'll VNC to the bookkeeper's workstation for that when she's not here.
