I'm a windows admin that has a goal of being able to administer his network from his linux desktop. However, I seem to have run into a problem, and I need your help.

When you look around the net you find all kinds of sites for Linux command tools in windows like Cygwin or the GNU tools for windows, etc. But what I want is the exact oppisite, windows admin tools for linux.

Does anyone know of any project out there that has mmc, pstools, rconsole, etc, tools that will run in linux that will allow me to administer my windows servers and clients more from linux instead of me having to constantly work in my rdesktop window?

I use a linux host, and use VMWare to Launch a XP Workstation I use to use my MMC's and a few other "Non Linux" Compatible apps

I thought of that but it's really not that different from me running a rdesktop window to my windows desktop. Is their some way for me to do what I want to do through wine? Or does anyone know of any projects that have a similar goal?
