Why crontab command doesnt exist even after installing crontabs-1.10-12.fc6.noarch.rp

Dear friends,

I want to have cron on my fc6. I have installed crontabs-1.10-12.fc6.noarch.rpm which should provide the required cron binary but when i typed crontab -e it says "command not found". When i rpm -q crontabs , it says crontabs-1.10.12.fc6.noarch.rpm has already been installed......

Is there supposed to be anything else i need to install to make crontab work? Not according the what i surfed on the web...thanks for taking time reading my thread,

I don't have FC2 but on my CentOS 4 system the crontab command is provided by the vixie-cron package. The crontabs package only provides the default crontabs in /etc.
