Which is the best ftp server?

Hello!
I'm using Kbear with my kde 3.1 (suse 9.0) as a ftp client. I've been trying to find a ftp server, but I don't know which is the best of all or the easiest to set up.
Could anyone answer these two questions for me:

Which is the best ftp daemon?
Which is the easiest one to use?

Thanks very much.
Alex.
