Assuming you're talking about the GD Graphics Library, Google is your friend.

Most distros have gd or libgd in their software repositories so you could install it with your package manager.

Gd Library

i checked on google and couldn't find anything that helps installing or tells you where to download it from.

This has the old version built in and not the new one.

Well my first Google hit is this where you can download it and there's a doc that explains how to install it. What are you missing?

Did you check your distributions software repositories as I suggested above. What distribution are you using anyway? Can you please put it in your LQ Profile because that info helps you get accurate responses to your questions.
