Unhappy When I upgrade vsftpd , get error message

RedHat 8.0
[root@TS /]# rpm -qa|grep vsftpd
vsftpd-1.1.0-1

I get vsftpd-1.1.3-8.i386.rpm from RH9.0 CD.
But when I upgrade my vsftpd :
[root@TS /]# rpm -U vsftpd-1.1.3-8.i386.rpm

Syetem give the error message:
----------------------------------------------------------------
error: Failed dependencies:
libwrap.so.0 is needed by vsftpd-1.1.3-8
----------------------------------------------------------------

how can I do ?

You need to install the tcp wrappers package first:
ftp://fr.rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/8.....6-23.i386.rpm
