what does this mean in sendmail?

make: warning: Clock skew detected. Your build may be incomplete.

its really really a lot of time before the [ OK ] shows up... i think around 10-15 minutes...

how can i remove this kind of message and make things go faster

I think it just means that your system clock is slow.

use ntp to update your clock with internet time.
