What do these terms mean for cpu load?

What do terms 'cpu - nice load','cpu - user load','cpu - system load' mean in the context of cpu load statistics, specifically ksysguard?

Thanks in Advance.

No clue about the nice load.
User load are the programs executed.
System load is load generated by system calls.
Usually the load is divided between user/system/wait. When you start a program it might do some normal "1+1" computations which generate user load, it might call kernel functions which generates system load and might want to try to write to the disk when the disk is busy which will make the process wait therefore generating wait load.
This is all I know... .
