what's the max length of rule in .procmailrc?


hi all...

does someone know what the max length of a rule row (ie in characters) in a .procmailrc file is?

No I don't. Just try it out I'd say...
Don't forget you can for example use fgrep to check against lists using:
:0
* ? (formail -x From: -x Sender: -x Reply-To: | fgrep -iqf $FILTERLIST)
{
where FILTERLIST has searchargs one each line.
