What's my server?

I am setting up Thunderbird and have been asked to enter the names of in and out servers. Can anyone tell me where I'd find that information?

I have Linux version 2.6.12-1 Thunderbird 1.0.6

Thanks

Yes, call your ISP. For example, my ISP is Bellsouth. Both in and out are "mail.bellsouth.net" (without quotes).
