Webmin - Enable remote Ip access to MYSQL

I want to be able to use my SQL program to modify my mysql server in my house. I know I need to to allow remote connection into mysql, but I can't figure out how to do that with the latest webmin. If anyone can tell me what I need to do that would be great.

Ok, fiddled with this some more and got it working. here is what I did incase any one ever searches up this post.

Edit Hosts Permissions >>
Create the username you want to use to connect to your database with, set the HOSTS to ANY and then grant the permissions you want.

RESTART THE MYSQL SERVER <- this is what I was not doing and it won't work until you do it.

You would think Webmin would tell u to do that, but I guess it's not perfect.
