webalizer & Error: Unable to restore run data (1)

When I set these two parameters and run webalizer, I get the error message below:

#Parameters in webalizer.conf
Incremental yes
IncrementalName /usr/local/apache/htdocs/webalizer/domain.current

[mike@localhost webalizer]$ webalizer -c webalizer.conf
Webalizer V2.01-10 (Linux 2.4.21-20.0.1.ELsmp) English
Using logfile /var/log/access_log.1103673600 (clf)
Creating output in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/usage
Hostname for reports is 'domain'
Reading history file... /usr/local/apache/htdocs/webalizer/domain.hist
Reading previous run data.. /usr/local/apache/htdocs/webalizer/domain.current
Error: Unable to restore run data (1)

What can cause the error message?
