web develompment


Hi! I am plannig to start some web sites development.
I have never done it, but I do have some programming experiance.
I was wandering what aplications best fit for the job?

Well, you would obviously be starting out with just basic HTML, which can be done in any text editor (though it will be a little easier if you use something with syntax highlighting, like Vim/Gvim.

I assume that you want something a little more robust than that, so you might want to take a look at Nvu, though arguably you should master (or at least be very comfortable with) HTML and web design concepts before letting an application do everything for you.

2.2. MySQL : Using DB.
2.3. PHP/MySQL -> A power tool for DB isues and many others

3. A little Infos about Web Servers (Apache)
4. Discover XML and related topics
5. Invetigate common/popular standards : (w3.org)
6. Strong attention to visitors : What they want to see/listen/..

7. Future Wave of Net
7.1 Standards : Convey them Closely.

7.3. Mobile : WAP/SmartPhone/Mid-range Phone/
7.4. Cross Platform :

if you use KDE based distribution, i recommend you to try kate and quanta
