Web Based Code Editor?
I have a web site I am working on, hosted on an apache server written in perl. Anyway some pages have code that is run in an eval whent he page is opened.(I have made it safe using safe, etc.) the problem is currently I am using a text area for the html and for the code. The pages need to be edited online in this style. Problem is a text area sucks for code editing. My biggest problem is that indentation is not remembered from line to line, as well being unable to use tab to change indentation really hurts. Is there something better that addresses these 2 issues? This editing area for lq is nice, but it still does not allow tabs, as well indent is done as tags, that would be bad to have embedded in perl code...
