that's what linux is meant for.
It has all the things you need natively supported in every distro you want, just install it and then configure to suit your needs.
There is also
XAMPP for linux
but I guess you're too lazy to type into google "xampp for linux" or whatever ...
Linux natively has Apache (PHP), MySQL, mail ... packages for almost every thing you might need (without any need for xampp package).
