vsftpd> chmod/permissions, is possible to manipulate?
hi everyone.. ive tried to wrap my head around this for awhile but cant seem to get it perfect but for some stupid reason you can do this on a windows ftpd's easily for some reason.. here is what im trying to do:
2 ftp users
admin and guest
admin = /var/pub/ftp/admin
guest = /var/pub/ftp/admin/guest
guest is locked its home dir so it logs in and see's just /
1] what i need is guest to be able to create directories and write, but -not- delete .. realistically if they can just not delete any other users ie admins files in his home directory it would be gravy, but i want them to be able to read any file
2] admin to be read/write/delete all he wants
any help is greatly appreciated
