Post VCDparanoia?


CDparanoia allows for CDDA ripping and attempts to achieve 100% of data integrity.

Unfortunately, as german Wikipedia claims, it does not utilize the C2 error data, just because of HL-DT-ST, who does not support error scanning reliably. Additionally, there is no resume option, but that is not important.

But my question is: Is there any VCD equivalent for CDparanoia? VCD did not work with CDparanoia, despite it has the same inferior error correction.

Mplayer/mencoder is always the solution for ripping stuff...
