Valknut doesn't download files

Hi,
I've got Valknut since yeasterday and I couldn't download any file. I'm sure I set all necesery options. I connected to some hubs and even to a few users, but when I select any file to download, the programm adds it to the queue and do nothing more.
The status is wait all the time.
How can I solve this problem?

If you have everything configured correctly, then you must wait inline to download a file. Are you familiar with the Direct Connect protocol?

You need to wait for the user you want a file from to have a free slot available for you.

Have you tried selecting loads of files, and seeing if one of them downloads? that would atleast tell you if your settings are correct

I'm sure that slots are available. The problem is quite different. For example: I downloaded list of someone's files and then I select one to save on my hard disk. I waited some time (a few seconds) and checked what is the status of the file on the card called "wait". I expand list on this card. I saw that the status of the file was literaly "Error/2". I hoped the file was saved at least at specified directory, which I set in settings, but It wasn't. I tried download other files from other users, however the problem repeated each time. I changed type of connection to active, later to passiv, restarted the programm, but it didn't help me at all. Can you help me?

Have you checked that you have enough space left on the destination device? And that the download folder exists? And that you have the writing permissions on the directory?

"Error/2" should mean that, for some of the above reasons, Valknut isn't able to write the file to download.

Let us know if this is the case.

byez!

Yes, you're right. I have changed permissions for folder that I set to saving downloading files in and it is working.
