Use notebook as Bt Headphone transmitter - how?

Hi all,
I'm trying to use my notebook as a BT transmitter to send music from old analog devices to my BT headphones. Since my notebook doesn't have an Audio In, I bought a Behringer UCA202 that I want to use with an old Bluetooth dongle by Trust.
Playing audio from sistem (youtube) to BT Headphones works, as well as recording audio from the UCA202 with audacity. But I cannot figure how to route the audio in from the external soundcard to the bluetooth dongle. I am using Ubuntu Bionic Beaver, so there is a setting in the audio section of the control panel to select the default audio input and output device, but it seems like if a link between is missing.
Is there an application to do this or a setting?
Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing this is the typical adaptation for such a device, you record the input, then play the recording with a media player. Perhaps a stream media player can pick up the "stream in" and "play out"?
