Upgrade MySQL 3.23 to 4.0


Hey guys,

I've been going at this for a week or so now. I keep ending up in the same place.

I have FC3 and I'm trying to upgrade MySQL 3.23 to 4.0 by using rpm -Uvh MySQL-server.x.x.rpm

So here is what i keep getting...Please tell me what i should do next to get mysql up and running

Remove all the old mysql packages first. Do
Code:
#rpm -qa | grep -i mysql
#rpm -e packagesToRemove
