Unhappy Updating KDE/GNOME help


Hi all,
i love debian woody. the problem is that it's shipped with kde 2.2,gnome 1.4.I think they are a bit old... well,I have xf86 4.1.0 and i would be grateful to know which packages to donwload &install and how! (are there .deb packages?)

why dont you upgrade to sarge ?? it has kde 3.3
